Job Description

Client: Schenker Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert to Permanent)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800

Job Scope:

  • Support daily HR operations (recruitment, employee records, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle HR administration and other related tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  1. Malaysian citizen, aged 35 years and below
  2. Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  3. Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
  4. Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
