We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Temporary Account Assistant to join our Finance team for a 5-month contract. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a solid accounting background to contribute in a dynamic work environment on a fixed-term basis.
Training and guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh Grad are encourage to apply)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to start work in December 2025 and commit through April 2026
- Able to work at Section 25 Shah Alam
