Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Temporary Account Assistant to join our Finance team for a 5-month contract. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a solid accounting background to contribute in a dynamic work environment on a fixed-term basis.

Training and guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support internal audits and compliance requirements
  • Assist with other finance-related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh Grad are encourage to apply)
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to start work in December 2025 and commit through April 2026
  • Able to work at Section 25 Shah Alam
