Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager to manage and coordinate project activities from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and manage project-related documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.
- Monitor site work progress, assist in resolving technical issues, and support project execution on-site when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, updates and project tracking activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
- At-least 2 years of experience in project execution, engineering, or coordination roles.
- Familiarity with government liaison processes and documentation handling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in paperwork and project tracking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
- Language : Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
- Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with targeted groups and stakeholders.
