Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in sales, finance, or a related field (or a strong desire to build a career in finance).
- Relevant financial certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Job Scopes:
- Comprehensive Client Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' financial goals, current assets, and risk tolerance across their lifecycle.
- Risk Management & Protection: Recommend, promote, and implement insurance solutions (Life, Health, Critical Illness) to protect clients' income and wealth.
- Wealth Accumulation Strategy: Advise clients on disciplined savings and investment plans to build capital and achieve long-term financial objectives.
- Generational Wealth Planning: Introduce and structure estate planning concepts (e.g., wills, trusts) to ensure efficient and desired wealth transfer.
- Relationship Management & Review: Proactively manage a client portfolio, ensuring continuous support, plan reviews, and seeking client referrals.
