Hybrid work arrangement: Candidates are allowed to work from office or from home.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: Flexible hours
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, finance, or a related field (or a strong desire to build a career in finance).
  • Relevant financial certifications or licenses are an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.

Job Scopes:

  • Comprehensive Client Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' financial goals, current assets, and risk tolerance across their lifecycle.
  • Risk Management & Protection: Recommend, promote, and implement insurance solutions (Life, Health, Critical Illness) to protect clients' income and wealth.
  • Wealth Accumulation Strategy: Advise clients on disciplined savings and investment plans to build capital and achieve long-term financial objectives.
  • Generational Wealth Planning: Introduce and structure estate planning concepts (e.g., wills, trusts) to ensure efficient and desired wealth transfer.
  • Relationship Management & Review: Proactively manage a client portfolio, ensuring continuous support, plan reviews, and seeking client referrals.
