Onsen Spa, located in the beautiful and serene Cameron Highlands, invites qualified and dedicated candidates to join our team as a Receptionist. We are seeking an individual who is friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service to our valued guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and courteous manner.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Respond to phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information on spa pool packages, facilities, and promotions.
- Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold company standards and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM Certificate.
- Fluent in both English and Malay, spoken and written.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations will be an added advantage.
