- Leading the nursing department, facilitate teaching and mentoring of nursing staff/ assistant nurse and working closely with the Management to meet Company’s direction.
- Demonstrate required skills and knowledge of basic principles, strategies, and tools of quality improvement to maintain privileging in the area of assignment.
- Manage the services and activities of the Centre including planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the delivery of patient care and the Centre’s operational management functions.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the Centre and develop, lead, implement and participate in quality improvement processes and activities.
- Expected to use critical thinking skills to reach objective conclusions. Coverage during emergencies and other unplanned unprecedented occasions.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Salary: RM6,000 - RM7,000
