Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage contract documentation, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work progress.
- Monitor project costs and provide cost control reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 1years of working experience in QS or contract administration (construction industry preferred).
- Knowledge of contract law and cost control practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
