Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hospitality Ambassador to join our team; a rehabilitation and recovery center committed to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
Provide clear information and guidance regarding the center’s services, facilities, and procedures.
Plan and coordinate patient engagement activities, including festive events and special celebrations, to create a joyful and uplifting environment.
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient support for patients and visitors.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the center.
Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong passion for serving others and fostering a caring, supportive environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic skills in photo design or short video creation will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare support is preferred.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
