Job Description

Job Location: Souper Tang, Vivacity Megamall (Kuching, Sarawak)

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working hours: 10:00am to 08:00pm (Morning Shift) / 12:00pm to 10:00pm (Noon Shift)
  • Working time: 7.5 hrs per day, break time 1 hr, fixed OT 1.5 hrs.
  • Work Days: Six working days and one rest day

Job Requirements:

  • SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
  • Those who have 1 year experiences in Food and Beverage or Service Line at least.
  • Must be able to work 6 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work in Non-Halal workplace.

Job Scopes:

  • Manage daily outlet operations adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
  • Lead, schedule, and train outlet team members.
  • Foster a team culture of responsibility, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality of customer service.
  • Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure outlet complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
