We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives in the retail sector. You will drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales through creative and data-driven campaigns. You’ll own strategy, execution, and performance measurement across all channels, working closely with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for the retail industry to increase brand awareness, foot traffic, and sales.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and innovative ideas.
- Manage digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee retail promotions, in-store campaigns, experiential marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, store operations, merchandising, and product teams to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Manage marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on retail trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to keep marketing strategies relevant and innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in retail marketing, including campaigns that drive sales and foot traffic.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content, and experiential marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
