We’re looking for someone proactive, process-driven, and detail-oriented who can be part of the team and is able to start immediately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Director in the entire creative development workflow, including campaign implementation and coordination with internal teams, Clients, HCPs and vendors.
- Own and steer the advertising and marketing activities of assigned brands.
- Front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly.
- Write creative briefs to guide the creative process.
- Ensure high-level quality control to deliver error-free output on time and within budget.
- Organize, generate, and disseminate reports (work-in-progress, contact reports, budgetary), billing, and cost estimates.
- Lead status and work-in-progress meetings.
- Coordinate with media partners and/or owners regarding media booking, extension of material deadlines, and media owners’ copy vetting.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned by superiors or management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of the pharma industry, advertising and marketing principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
