Interior Designer (Shah Alam)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Furniture Design or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Sales Designer (1+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a creative, solution-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and design proposals.
• Develop floor plans, 3D models, and design renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Select and source furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes.
• Work with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the installation and styling of spaces to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
