Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the teams of mechanics in the daily maintenance of plant machinery
  • Monitor the work progress of mechanics and make recommendations on their training needs
  • Liaises with the machinery and spare part suppliers for parts replacement, which conforms to the procurement requirements
  • Do repair and periodical preventive maintenance works
  • Gather and analyse data and information on daily maintenance
  • Participating in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities
  • Assisting in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Execute a plan to do the installation and operation that conforms to the functional specifications
  • And other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
  • Suggesting changes in working conditions and the use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew and productivity

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering / Other equivalent Engineering Course
  • Proven skills and knowledge can be considered for a supervisory position.
  • Must possess good leadership and interpersonal skills,
  • Working experience in troubleshooting plant machinery & maintenance is added
  • Must be able to share technical experience with the team

Salary:

  • Salary: RM2,000 starting salary for a fresh graduate
