Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Executive role.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Willingness and ability to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and employee benefits enrolment.

Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, promotions, contract renewals,

transfers, secondments, and terminations.

Coordinate and support the full recruitment cycle, including interview arrangements.

Oversee the annual performance appraisal process.

Facilitate onboarding activities, including orientations and pre-employment medicals.

Ensure timely payroll setup and system access for new hires.

Provide guidance on company policies, code of conduct, and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards.

Take on additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
