Job Description

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping; or

SPM/STPM with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage and may be considered for a higher salary or/and higher job grade

Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pro-active and able to work under minimal supervision

Prefer those residing in Bintulu and possess their own transport

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Accountant in supervising day-to-day account activities, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Assist in account reconciliations, billing, and collections.

Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting

Provide support and guidance to junior staff on account management tasks.

Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
