Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team in Ara Damansara. If you enjoy problem-solving, providing excellent service, and communicating effectively, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with verification processes, documentation checks, and issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (both spoken & written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Salary: RM2,800 (with benefits)
