We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team in Ara Damansara. If you enjoy problem-solving, providing excellent service, and communicating effectively, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with verification processes, documentation checks, and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (both spoken & written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
