Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
- Weekends on standby
Job Requirements:
- Must be a local Sarawakian and based in Bintulu, Sarawak
- Has strong sales experience in Heavy Industries
- Willing to travel outstation
- Has a valid driving license class D (car)
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers
- Negotiate and close deals to maximise profit for the company
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction in product, delivery & services
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product and/or service solutions.
- Follow up closely on payment due/collection
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Willing to travel outstation and work on odd hours, if required.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to Sales Manager or Director.
Skills:
- Able to speak/write English, Bahasa Melayu, Iban, etc
- Proficiency in tools Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
- Outspoken and self-motivated
- Has the initiative to learn, manage & develop strategies to achieve sales growth
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

- Salary Range: RM3,500 to RM4,000
