Job Summary:

As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

-Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.

-Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.

-Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

-Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.

-Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

-Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.

-Develop and maintain a UI component library. 

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

-At least 4-5 years of experience in UI design.

-Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

-Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

-Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

-Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

It’d be great if you have:

-Experience in the financial sector.

-Extensive experience with user research and usability testing.

-In-depth knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

-Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.

Location: Singapore in-person office

Salary: MYR 6,000 to MYR 8,000
