We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive / Senior Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The role requires a balance of hands-on execution and people-focused interaction to ensure a positive employee experience and effective HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support HR operations such as employee records, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance management processes.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Partner with line managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience; prior exposure to recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
