We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Travelling Executive to provide direct support during overseas trips and daily operations. This role involves frequent international travel, coordinating logistics, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth arrangements. It also offers valuable exposure to international business environments, diverse cultures, and high-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany employer on overseas trips, ensuring all travel and meeting logistics are seamlessly coordinated.
- Plan and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and schedules.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide on-site support during travel, ensuring smooth execution of business activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of working experience. Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
