Minimum 5 years of experiences in a production supervisory role within the timber manufacturing industry, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and manage multiple priorities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team;
Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced.
Job Scopes:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met;
Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet timelines;
Identify and resolve production issues, implement process improvements, and provide feedback to management;
Collaborate with other departments, such as logs procurement team and sales & marketing team, to streamline operations;
Provide training and guidance to production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and other key metrics;
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
