Production Officer (Keningau Sabah)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Hours: 07:00am to 03:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in a production supervisory role within the timber manufacturing industry, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team;
• Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced.

Job Scopes:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met;
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet timelines;
• Identify and resolve production issues, implement process improvements, and provide feedback to management;
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logs procurement team and sales & marketing team, to streamline operations;
• Provide training and guidance to production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and other key metrics;
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
