Job Description

Job Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, corporate or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Mainly dealing with limited liability Company's secretarial matters

Dealing with MBRS software and electronic filing with SSM

Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Job Scopes :

All secretarial matters relating to limited liability Companies

Keeping proper secretarial records & minutes (also software updates)

Liaise with clients & to do all the necessary reminders

Prepare all necessary minutes, resolutions & letters

Provide general administration and secretarial support to the company secretary

On-the-job training is provided
