Salary Range :

• RM2500 - RM3000

Production Management

• Oversee daily seafood processing and packaging operations.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.

Quality Control

• Monitor product quality to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Implement corrective actions for any quality issues.

Food Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.

Team Supervision

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks effectively

Inventory & Materials Handling

• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.

Equipment & Maintenance

• Ensure machinery is functioning properly.
• Report and follow up on equipment repairs and maintenance.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Support audits and inspections with proper documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing or other efficiency strategies.
