Job Description

We are looking for Clinic Assistant / Admin under employment to based in Klinik Medilove Maluri.

Position: Clinic Assistant/Admin

Location: Klinik Medilove, Maluri

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Registering patients and preparing medicine for them.
  2. Maintaining patient records and overseeing daily clinic operations.
  3. Assisting with clinical tasks as directed by the Doctor.
  4. Ensuring proper upkeep of the clinic.
  5. Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry and billing.
  6. Managing the clinic's appointment system and scheduling appointments
  7. Responding to phone calls and general inquiries.
  8. Handling patient inquiries ethically and professionally
  9. Maitaining a positive relationship with patients and colleagues
  10. Participating in marketing and branding activities organized by management
  11. Undertaking any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  1. Basic computer knowledge (words, excel, canva, PDF)
  2. Strong work ethic
  3. Ability to work well in team
  4. Willingness to travel.
  5. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays if required
  6. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English; knowledge of other languages are an advantage.
