We are looking for an experience Purchasing Manager to oversee a group of Buyers and Admins.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in sourcing and purchasing of products, including sourcing of new suppliers
  • Identify, negotiate and close contracts with suppliers, monitoring the quality of service provided
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiations of contracts, prices and timelines
  • Develop purchasing and sourcing strategies, overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities
  • Forecast levels of demands for products, working closely with outlets and ensure product availability
  • Responsible for stock control, managing stock levels and allocations of stock across outlets
  • Responsible for product pricing according to Company’s pricing strategies
  • Ensure all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related or similar leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Purchasing and Supply Chain business functions.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability, people management and strategic planning.
  • Detail minded, analytical, strong problem solving, result oriented and strong negotiation skills.
