Job Responsibilities: Delegates Executive - Sales Executive
- Proactively generate leads independently.
- Conduct cold calls to convince prospects to attend our business conference events.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Director on a monthly or weekly basis, if required.
- Manage and maintain your own “No Call List” (NCL).
- Take full ownership of sales campaigns for your assigned products, focusing on the APAC market and, when necessary, globally.
- Make daily calls to senior-level executives (CEOs, VPs, Directors, Department Heads) at leading businesses to maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Understand and identify the correct customer profile for each product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Accurately forecast and report sales activities and results to your manager.
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing objections or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Take an active role in your own development, supported by our comprehensive in-house training programme.
Requirements: Delegates Executive - Sales Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is a minimum requirement
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Good research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to join immediately
