Job Description

Number of openings: 1 pax

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: From 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Saturday: From 8.00am to 12.00pm

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or higher
  • Experience in stock control or warehouse roles is preferred
  • Strong ability to organize and manage stock effectively and maintain accurate records

Job Scopes:

  • Monitoring and managing stock levels, conducting physical counts, and verifying stock balances.
  • Ensuring stock records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Processing and filing documents such as purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Using in-house software and other software for data entry and reporting
  • Liaising with suppliers for deliveries, ordering and coordinating incoming goods.
  • Coordinating with internal departments, such as logistics, ordering, or accounting, for stock-related issues like spoilage, projection, stock levels, payments etc
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for Sales, Payments and Stock Levels
