Quantity Surveyor (Kuching Sarawak)

• Working Hours : From 8.30 am to 5.00pm
• Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field.
• 3 years & above of relevant experience in both pre-contract & post contract works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
• Willing to travel to site offices/other project locations within Sarawak.

Job Scopes :

• Assist in preparing enquiries and obtaining quotations for materials, labour and plant resources.
• Preparation of project feasibility reports, preliminary project budgets and implement budgetary control measures.
• Assist in cost compilation, comparison and analysis to aid in management decision- making.
• Carry out site evaluations, assessment and verification of claims and variation orders
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
