Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only (5 days work week)

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma qualifications.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate
  • Work independently, self-initiative and resourceful
  • Strong multi-tasking ability with good attention to detail and deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in the system accurately.
  • Collect, organize, and file important documents.
  • Communicate with clients and public authorities for required approvals and documents.
  • Handle daily office tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with foreign agents regarding candidate documents and updates.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure all files are up to date.
  • Support the team with any other administrative duties as needed.
