Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Executive role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and employee benefits enrolment.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, promotions, contract renewals,
  • transfers, secondments, and terminations.
  • Coordinate and support the full recruitment cycle, including interview arrangements.
  • Oversee the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including orientations and pre-employment medicals.
  • Ensure timely payroll setup and system access for new hires.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, code of conduct, and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards.
  • Take on additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
