At least 1-2 years experiences in IT Support or IT related experience.
Experience in POS (Point of Sale) system experience especially in F&B will be an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
Able to work independently and travel as when and needed
Possess own transport
Job Scopes:
Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, including software and hardware
Providing timely and effective technical support, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity both corporate offices and F&B outlets when as needed
Training of staff/crew on the use of software or hardware and providing ongoing support to ensure efficient operations.
Managing IT projects, such as implementing new software, upgrading hardware, or integrating new technologies.
Analyzing data from POS systems and other sources to identify trends, improve efficiency, to enhance the customer experience.
Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Working effectively with other departments (Marketing, Graphic Department etc) to ensure smooth operations
