Job Description

Requirements:

At least a high school (SPM/STPM) diploma or equivalent

Hospitality degree or training (added advantage)

At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment (added advantage)

Warm personality and a commitment to quality service.

Healthy and fit physical ability

Good attitude and willing to work as a team

Job Details:

Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant.

Take orders accurately and promptly.

Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Make recommendations to customers about menu items and specials.

Answer customer questions about the menu, the restaurant, and the surrounding area.

Upsell and cross-sell menu items to customers.

Collect payments from customers and make change.

Clear tables and reset them for new customers.

Clean and maintain the restaurant’s dining area and bar area.

Dispose of trash and recycling properly.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Assist with other tasks as needed, such as setting up events or catering orders.

Benefits & Remunerations:

Gross Salary: ranging from RM 1,700.00 to RM 3,200, depending on experience and capabilities

Overtime and Public Holidays rate adhere to the  S’wak Employment Act
