Spa Therapist (Kota Kinabalu)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: 10/11AM to 10/11PM (Shift)
• Work Days: 6 days a week, 1 day off.

Job Requirements:

• Female
• Aged 20 years and above.
• Malaysian citizen or PR (IC Blue/Red) or holder of IMM13.
• Experience in the spa industry is preferred, but not required.
• We also welcome fresh candidates under our trainee program.
• Positive, respectful, and committed attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and care.

Job Scopes:

• Deliver quality massage and spa treatments with professionalism and care.
• Recommend suitable treatments to guests based on their needs and preferences.
• Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every guest.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service.
