Proven track record in sales, preferably in building materials or related industries.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Willing to travel when required
