Distribution Team Lead
Responsibilities:-
• Received, check and record incoming stock, ensuring accuracy upon arrival
• Record and track the relocation of stock between warehouse & counters, ensure proper documentation
• In charge of stock allocation and stock requests
• Monitor the overall stock allocation, stock status to avoid stock variances
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages/damages
• Maintain regular stock checks and inventory counts to maintain accurate records
• Maintain accurate logs of inbound and outbound stock movements
• Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth stock transfers
• Assist in preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
• Coordinate & liaise with warehouse, Sales & others for stock movement
• Others related issue to stock status
Requirements:-
- Distribution Strategies and Distribution skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience in distribution or related field is a plus
