Handles daily operation and other duties including opening and closing of retail outlet, cash handling, restocking, administration and stock receipt report.
Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge assistant and recommend initiative to build loyal customer base.
Ensure daily retail operation are running smoothly.
Ensure the retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
Ensure customers complaints are handled according to Company standard.
Job Requirements
Must posses at least secondary school/SPM/"O" level or any field.
Good communication skills, dynamic, articulate, enthusiastic and pleasant personality, committed in providing excellent customer service.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales - Retail/General
Must be willing to work in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
Must be able to work Monday - Saturday. 9.00am until 5.00pm
