Service Trainee Executive (Kuala Baram)

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or service operations.

Job Details:

Assist in providing centralized engineering support for multiple business units under the Samling Group.

Support the coordination of workshop personnel, parts departments, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the repair of heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, trucks) and metal fabrication works.

Help manage requests for equipment service, repair, and metal fabrication, learning how to schedule and arrange services efficiently.

Assist with preparing job costing and quotations.

Shadow senior staff in monitoring the progress and quality of repair works.

Help address customer inquiries and learn how to resolve complaints effectively.

Learn and assist in ensuring workplace safety and health compliance in line with Department of Safety and Health standards.

Participate in communicating improvement initiatives to management and support their implementation.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to enhance your learning experience and contribute to the team.
