Mechanical Inspector-of-Work (Daro Mukah)

Salary Range :

• RM3,188 + RM800 allowance
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Registered as Inspector-of-Works (IOW) with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
• Proficient in office software and Auto-CAD.
• Possess minimum 5 years of relevant working experience on-site would be an added advantage.
• Able to coordinate Mechanical Services

Job Scopes :

• Perform on-site inspection work to ensure compliance to the construction specifications, legislations, project timeline and quality standard expected.
• Ensure the materials used conformed to the approved specifications/inspection test plan.
• Monitor contractors’ work at each stage of construction and carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications within the time stipulated in the contracts.
• Witness testing and commissioning of all Mechanical work done.
• Providing regular reports on findings to all parties.
