Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
- Monitor and control project costs
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variations
- Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Utilize Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other software for project management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint
- To prepared purchase order according Approved Purchase Request and send it to the supplier.
- To follow up on the purchase if necessary and coordinate with the supplier.

Requirements:
- Post Secondary / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English
