- Monday to Friday (7.30am - 5.00pm)
- Saturday (7.30am - 11.30am)
Job Requirements:
- MINIMUM SPM/STPM DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES
- AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE AND HR ROLES
- KNOWLEDGE IN TENDER SUBMISSION, COMPANY COMPLIANCE, AND GOVERNMENT RENEWALS IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
- PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL, TIME MANAGEMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
- ABLE TO MULTITASK, PRIORITIZE WORKLOAD, AND MEET DEADLINES
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO HANDLE SENSITIVE INFORMATION WITH CONFIDENTIALITY
Job Scopes:
- PERFORM GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS INCLUDING FILING, DATA ENTRY, SCANNING, AND MANAGING OFFICE DOCUMENTATION
- SUPPORT HR OPERATIONS SUCH AS STAFF ONBOARDING, PREPARING OFFER LETTERS, TRACKING ATTENDANCE, LEAVE, AND MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE RECORDS
- ASSIST WITH RECRUITMENT: POSTING JOB ADS, ARRANGING INTERVIEWS, AND ONBOARDING PROCESSES
- HANDLE COMPANY LETTERS, MEMOS, AND MAINTAIN PROPER FILING SYSTEMS (PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL)
- COORDINATE OFFICE SUPPLY INVENTORY, MAINTENANCE, AND PROCUREMENT
- PREPARE DATA FOR PAYROLL SUBMISSION (CLAIMS, ATTENDANCE, OVERTIME)
- MANAGE RENEWAL OF COMPANY LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS (E.G., SSM, CIDB, SPKK, EPF, SOCSO, INSURANCE)
- MANAGE VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING ROAD TAX, INSURANCE, PUSPAKOM, AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE RECORDS
- ASSIST IN TENDER AND QUOTATION PREPARATION, DOCUMENTATION, AND SUBMISSION PROCESS
- COMMUNICATE AND LIAISE WITH RELEVANT CLIENTS, AND VENDORS WHEN NECESSARY
- ABLE TO MULTITASK AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY UNDER MINIMAL SUPERVISION
- PERFORM OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE OR HR-RELATED TASKS AS REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT

- Salary Range: RM 1,700.00 to RM 2,000.00
