Job Description

• To handle legal issues arising within the Group of companies, both locally & overseas.
• Review and provide legal advice on contract documents.
• Review and advise Management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Preparation, review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• To monitor and keep track of all legal & statutory records, files, agreements, etc.
• To attend meetings and discussion with regards to company legal matters
• Giving general legal advice as and when required
