To provide general administrative support to the Sales Department (SD) and Technical Support/ Service Department (TSSD). The candidate will handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. The candidate will be dealing with both internal customers i.e. sales person, logistics, coordinators, service team etc. and also our external customers, service providers and vendors as part of the job scope.
Requirements:
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Work experience in an administrative role is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both Malay and English language – verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service processes would be an advantage.
