Executive - SEED (Kuching)

Working Days & Hours 

• Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 6.00pm.
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Specifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business and any background related.
• A Master’s degree would be an added value.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience background
• Have an experience in dealing for project and collaboration with Government agencies, High LearningInstitution

Job Competencies

• Proficiency in English & Malay both speaking and writing
• Good skill in all Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong organizational & time management skill
• Analytical, problem-solving, or creative skills as needed by the role.
• Ability to work independently and in teams and manage multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• To support VP SEED monitoring, plan and execution of SEED Project & activities
• Organize discussion/meeting with internal & external parties and all documentation related
• Prepare all required document for regular update to management, client whenever required
