Business Development Manager - Remote Working (Sarawak)

• Working Hours : From 830am to 6.00pm
• Work Days : Monday to Friday

Job Requirement :

• Market Expansion in Sabah & Sarawak
• Build Client & Partner Networks locally
• Frequent Travel to maintain presence
• Coordinate with HQ for seamless operations
• Minimum Education Background: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related fields (Add-in)
• Experiences in Business Development Manager (Add-in)

Job Scopes :

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow market presence in Sabah and Sarawak.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and projects in East Malaysia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with HQ teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations and support.
• Travel regularly to East Malaysia for meetings, site visits, and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local business practices, laws, and cultural norms.
• Track performance and report sales progress and market feedback to HQ.
