Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and all relevant documentation.
Support the coordination and execution of training and development programs.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Draft and prepare HR-related documents such as memos, job advertisements, and official letters.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support for day-to-day HR matters.
Support performance appraisal processes and probation evaluations.
Assist in HR reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
