- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and all relevant documentation.
- Support the coordination and execution of training and development programs.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Draft and prepare HR-related documents such as memos, job advertisements, and official letters.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support for day-to-day HR matters.
- Support performance appraisal processes and probation evaluations.
- Assist in HR reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
