Job Description
Salary Range : RM2500 - RM3000
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer service inquiries via email, phone.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Assist the marketing team in reporting and other marketing/content-related tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project execution
- Perform basic administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
