Salary Range : RM2500 - RM3000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer service inquiries via email, phone.
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Assist the marketing team in reporting and other marketing/content-related tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project execution
  • Perform basic administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
