Job Description

  • Managing accounting system for companies including preparation of a full set of accounts, bank account reconciliation and debtors and/or creditors statements.
  • Perform monthly closing of accounts and timely submission of monthly management accounts.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation statement records.
  • Preparing and maintaining monthly accurate financial statements and accounts, budgeting and managing ledgers report on timely manner.
  • To be able to compile accounts information, analyse accurate accounting options and ensure accurate and maintenance of financial records
  • Ensure payments of invoices for all purchases and timely payment of staff claims disbursement.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and filing of the records.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as required by the superior.
