Outlet Sales Promoter (Penang Island/Mainland/Kedah/Perlis)

 Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell smartphones and accessories.
• Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and highlight features/benefits.
• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and features.
• Educate customers on the latest models, specs, and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or diploma.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin are a plus.
• Ability to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
