Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell smartphones and accessories.
- Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and highlight features/benefits.
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and features.
- Educate customers on the latest models, specs, and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or diploma.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin are a plus.
- Ability to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
