We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role will shape and drive people strategies that support long-term business objectives, organizational resilience, and cultural strength.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute forward-looking human capital strategies that align with the company’s vision, growth plans, and evolving workforce needs.
- Drive organization-wide design and capability-building initiatives that enhance agility, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team on talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and organizational priorities.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of values, behaviors, and leadership expectations across the organization.
- Architect robust talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles, with a focus on leadership development and internal mobility.
- Ensure HR governance frameworks are in place, with strong compliance, data integrity, and risk mitigation practices across all HR functions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making, workforce planning, and continuous improvement in employee experience.
- Position the organization as an employer of choice through integrated talent attraction, employee engagement, and inclusion strategies.
Requirements:
- A proven HR leader with a strong track record of influencing at board and executive levels, preferably from a property or construction industry.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in organizational transformation, culture building, and leadership development.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and business acumen.
- Strong command of people analytics and modern HR technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
