• To achieve monthly sales target set by the management.
• To identify, propose and to develop potential / new business opportunities accordance to the company goals.
• To establish, develop and implement marketing plan, strategy and research to achieve corporate objectives and to identify opportunities to support ongoing sales & profitable growth.
• To propose sales and marketing planning, including monitoring trends, identifying sales opportunities and the development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for F & B outlet.
• Manage marketing efforts across social media platforms.
• Managing all digital marketing platforms such as company website, Facebook. Instagram etc.
• Development and implementation of a social media campaign to promote the companies name and brand to the general public.
• Respond to customer enquiries/ complaints upon request.
• Provide timely feedback to management of all sales activities.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience in sales & marketing.
• Preferably specializing in F & B industry.
• Well-spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, ads manager, marketing database etc
will be an added advantage.
